Vision

To produce the citizens with social and scientific temperament who can contribute to the national economy through developments in entrepreneurships and managements.


Mission

  • To provide high quality education in commerce and business management.
  • To assure the exposure of students to current economic trends through experiential learning.
  • To empower the students socially and economically through personal growth, creativity, decision making and skill enhancement to serve the nation development.

    •             The department was established in 1983 with undergraduate programme under an eminent teacher. Department is inspired by founder president of our parent society Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh, his objectives were to provide scientific knowledge to the agricultural laborer new generation about agricultural management, market research and marketing techniques. Our department is following the same objectives. Our centre of attention is poor student of rural area. We are marching forward to develop these student’s attitude, to impart specific and modern insight to introduce the feelings and thoughts that businessn transactions should be value based while enhancing their sense and sensibility. The department of commerce is committed to fulfil these noble objectives. Department emphasis on experiential learning which is achieved through visits to nearby small scale industries and industries established by our alumni.
